1. Commencement of Work
Work shall be deemed commenced upon consultation, allocation of resources, document review, drafting, application preparation, advisory support or filing initiation.
2. Non-Refundable Charges
Government fees, DSC costs, stamp duty, trademark fees, payment gateway charges and third-party expenses are non-refundable.
3. Refund Review Process
Any refund request shall be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. The approval, rejection, amount, and mode of refund shall be determined solely by CLEANFILINGS PRIVATE LIMITED after considering:
- The stage of service delivery
- Costs incurred
- Professional time invested
- Government fees paid
- Third-party charges
- Other relevant circumstances
The decision of CLEANFILINGS PRIVATE LIMITED regarding any refund request shall be final and binding.
4. How to Request a Refund
Refund requests may be submitted through the contact details published on the website, including email or the contact form on our Contact Us page.
5. Abandoned Engagements
If a client remains unresponsive for 45 days after repeated requests for documents or clarification, the engagement may be treated as abandoned and closed without liability. Refunds may not be applicable in such cases where work has already commenced or third-party and government costs have been incurred.
6. Pricing & Advance Payments
Professional fees are payable in advance unless otherwise agreed. Government fees, stamp duty, DSC charges, certification fees, taxes and third-party charges are additional unless specifically stated.
