1. Terms of Use

By accessing this website, users agree to be bound by these terms. The platform provides technology-enabled assistance relating to taxation, registrations, licensing, compliance, filings, business advisory and related services through qualified professionals and service partners.

Users must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering contracts. Submission of an enquiry does not automatically create a professional-client relationship.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients shall provide complete, accurate and updated information, documents and disclosures. The company shall not be liable for losses, penalties, delays or rejections resulting from incorrect, incomplete or misleading information supplied by clients.

3. Service Delivery & Timelines

All timelines displayed on the website are indicative only. Government approvals, portal downtime, verification procedures, document deficiencies and client delays may affect delivery timelines.

4. Pricing, Payments & Taxes

Professional fees are payable in advance unless otherwise agreed. Government fees, stamp duty, DSC charges, certification fees, taxes and third-party charges are additional unless specifically stated.

5. Abandoned Engagement Policy

If a client remains unresponsive for 45 days after repeated requests for documents or clarification, the engagement may be treated as abandoned and closed without liability.

6. Intellectual Property

All website content, software, calculators, graphics, logos, branding materials, templates, articles and databases are proprietary and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the company's aggregate liability shall not exceed the professional fees paid by the client for the relevant engagement.

8. Indemnity

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless CLEANFILINGS PRIVATE LIMITED, its directors, employees and service partners against losses, claims, penalties and liabilities arising from incorrect information, misuse of services or breach of these terms.

9. Communication Consent

Users expressly consent to communication through telephone, SMS, WhatsApp, email and other electronic means for service updates, support, compliance reminders and marketing communications.

10. Force Majeure

The company shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control including government actions, natural disasters, internet outages, cyber incidents, strikes or regulatory changes.

11. User Accounts & Portal Usage

Users are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of account credentials and all activities carried out through their accounts.

12. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

Parties shall first attempt amicable resolution. Any unresolved dispute shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat and venue of arbitration shall be Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These policies shall be governed by the laws of India. Courts at Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction subject to the arbitration provisions.
